This quarterly event series is more than just a training session; it’s a live Real Estate Agent Mastermind where we meet, connect, and share the exact strategies working for Epique agents right now. Our mission is simple: to share what we’re building at Epique and help you achieve true success.
What is The Real Estate Road Show?
The Road Show is a power-packed day of deep-dive training focused on creating an abundant real estate career.
The day kicks off with our host, Dawn Loding, sharing her proprietary Real Estate Abundance Plan. This plan provides a clear roadmap for success by focusing on the 4 Pillars of Success:
- Mindset
- Branding
- Foundations
- Automations
After setting the stage, each expert speaker digs deeper into one of the pillars, providing actionable insights you can implement immediately:
- Sylvia Dana speaks on cutting-edge Branding with AI.
- Mary Baggett shows you how to enjoy being a realtor by working with your communities.
- Barkley Romero guides you through using Lofty to build and manage your communities.
- Matthew Graham closes the day by sharing how to find leverage using automations, such as Virtual Assistants (VAs).
The Inaugural Tour: A Whirlwind Success!
Our first tour was an unforgettable, action-packed journey spanning four states in five days! It was incredible to meet so many driven agents and share the Freedom to Flourish Framework across the Midwest.
Here’s a snapshot of the inaugural road trip:
- Day 1: Kicking off the tour with a Real Estate Road Show Training event in Oklahoma City.
- Day 2: Celebrating the Epique 2-Year Anniversary event in Kansas City, connecting with many of our fantastic partner and Epique agents.
- Day 3: A second Real Estate Road Show Training event in Kansas City, followed by a quick stop at the Epique 2-Year Anniversary event in Saint Louis.
- Day 4: The final Real Estate Road Show Training event in Saint Louis, wrapping up the tour before a much-needed R&R break.
- Day 5: The long drive home, energized and already planning for the next quarter!
This tour wasn’t just about sharing knowledge; it was about connection. It was powerful to see so many agents embracing the path to abundance and realizing the potential of what we are building at Epique.
